This journal is mostly friends only. You can gain an understanding of who I am though by my interests and this little glimpse into me.

I'm a fairly upbeat kind of person and my journal reflects that. When I do have grumbles, I like to find the humor in them. I love photography and I will post pictures here. I also like to post things that have inspired me.

I find that I have so many interests, there isn't enough time for me to enjoy them all. So I go in phases - the playing music phase, the doing art phase, the crafting phase, the photography phase, the dancing phase, etc. I really wish I could find that clone. Life would be so much easier. *grins*

Some interests are always there and are key aspects in my life - my family, my friends, my spirituality, my cats, reading, the appreciation of music, art, photography and nature to name a few. Other interests are seasonal - camping and kayaking, for example or based more on available time and money like traveling.

Friending Policy:
I don't automatically friend random people who friend me. I am more likely to friend someone who has commented on mine or a friend's journal.

I also may not automatically defriend someone who has defriended me. Frequently this is a matter of not taking the time to update my friend's list. If for some reason you have defriended me and would like me to remove you from my friend's list, just let me know.

BTW - every day is defriending amnesty day. If for some reason we don't resonate any more, or you're just bored with my posts, or I don't post enough, comment enough, or the planets stopped being aligned, feel free to defriend me. I might wonder what happened, but I won't be upset. I'd rather this journal be a place of real friends and not just one more random name on the friend list.

I wish they had one of Canada. I've been to every province except the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

I obviously have a LOT more countries to visit.
